  1. I'm a teacher and I coach track and cross ctnrouy, so the summer is usually when I cram as many miles as I can handle and fit into the summer. With each kid, I seem to have less time to fit in running and keep doing a little bit less each summer. I have ramped up my running a bit distance wise but haven't added any speed or hill repeats. I hope to start doing my 16 consistently soon which has a 3 mile up hill and a 2 mile down hill which should be good Boston training from what I've read.I'm an assistant coach at a local college now instead of high school like I've been for the past 7 years. So that affects my training more I'm not sure in a good way or bad way. Faster running but probably a little less running actually.I love running with my kids, but I probably only push them about once every other week.

  2. I'm just Sooo jealous. I'm not aloewld a motorbike (despite having a full license for one), because apparently motorbike' is pronounced d-i-v-o-r-c-e . I console myself by riding pedal bikes like there's no tomorrow . . . like I'm gonna die young and leave a beautiful corpse (too late & unlikely) . . . like the fires of hell are at my rear wheel . . . and try to fool myself that it's the same. But I know it's not.Have fun, and play safely, kids!Oh, and does Phil The Accountant have any tattoos?
